Heat Transfer Decorating is a form of product decorating that uses a combination of heat, pressure and dwell to apply pre-printed graphics permanently to a part. HTL uses a reverse printing process, which is also known as negative printing, where only the background is printed. The natural colour of the tape is left exposed to form text and graphics. The transfer is done by heat and pressure on the heat transfer machine. The whole image is transferred is one single process. The heat transfer process is widely used for various products such as writing instruments, household goods, paints, agrochemicals, lubricants etc.
Heat transfer provides a flawless, exquisite, “no-label” appearance. Our technology allows for a variety of shapes and sizes of containers with the exactitude of label placement which imparts greater adhesion and durability even in high moisture environments.
Environment-friendly because they allow obtaining a mono-component container that is totally recyclable.
